  1. As somebody who loves everything dishonored I was really really disapointed with deathloop. Firstly the mission select screen is super weird and jarring and makes you feel like you're playing some strange budget mobile game. I really don't think upgrades and map traversal should have been handled that way. Additionally the FOV is really strange off the bat, like fish bowled and changing the FOV feels like it doesn't actually do enough to stop that effect. Gameplay is super simple, and stealth almost always feels like the bad option, especially since you have to get super close to hack anything. The biggest factor for stealth in previous games was the ability to see through walls to predict enemiy movements and plan an attack. Now the FOV is fucked and you have no vision so it feels like being a ghost is basically impossible unless you perfectly memorize enemy spawns which just sucks. that or poke your head out to look, which has a 50/50 to set guards off to trigger an all out battle. Although the game is super simple, the button mapping is all over the place where using items or switching weapons in your off hand never feels intuitive. Honestly it feels like it took as the less desireable aspects of dishonored and made a game out of it. Dishonored never felt like a comedy gib filled power fantasty like deathloop tries to be.

I do like the maps however. they are small but very very dense and make for good cover and add to options in how to proceed. Granted they almost always end in the loud and proud style of combat, since the stealth seems massively overlooked

  2. I haven't actually met anyone that likes those Japanese heavy graphic games and I hate that Sony tries to sell them off to me in playstore like its so highly recommended. Chivalry 2 and Back4Blood definitely shouldve ranked higher than most games in that list.

  3. I’m not gonna lie, tales of Arise bored me like no other, I’ve played almost all of them and it was the only one I couldn’t push myself to beat, it looks awesome but gets stale so quickly

  4. Yo between you guys and the rad brad y'all really make my life easier. Lol. I feel like I can play video games vicariously through y'all. Seeing as I don't have a system (or a tv for that matter ????) but yea I just want to let y'all know that you guys are deeply appreciated! Thank you!!

  5. I liked it takes two. I’ll be honest, at first I didn’t really think it was my game style, I was playing it with my friend because it was his. But it turned out r e a l l y good.

But I will be honest; what you as a character had to do to Ellie the elephant is the most sadistic thing I’ve ever seen in a game. I could play gta 5 without a flinch but I needed to cover my eyes for that.
