it's extremely necessary to delete the updates? and can I randomize, for example, ultrasun and Y together, leaving the two folders in titles of luma? and if I don't want to delete the updates what would be the alternative method ?

I have the game, the emulator, the randomiser and Java all up to date
but everytime I load the randomizer it tells me that it wasnt opened with the Launcher so it cant load 3ds games.
Any ideas as to what is going wrong?

Its definitely not easy lol. I cant even get the randomizer to work. Before 3ds it all works fine but, this universal randomizer has never even launched.

I'm using an emulator and after randomizing pokemon y and running the cxi file, it continues my previous save. Normally (I've used UPR for gens 3-5) it starts from the beginning, as a new game. Can someone tell me what to do?

UPDATE–> My Pokemon Y Gamecard seems to be broken. With Pokymon X i dont have Trouble. The only thing is that i cant load update 1.5 because i cant update my 3ds.
